Return Policy
Return and exchange policy
Except as otherwise stated in this Policy, items can ideally be returned within 30 days of the delivery date in most cases. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Warranty returns apply when the product has a defect or manufacturer’s defect. Return or exchange applies when the customer receives a product that does not correspond to the one requested.
- Applies return or exchange when the customer receives an incomplete product.
- Applies return or exchange when the customer mistakenly requested an item, for which we will proceed to make the change if the packaging was not altered or damaged.
- Does not apply to promotional and/or discounted products.
- Does not apply products altered or with evidence of use, disassembled, modified or repaired by persons not authorized.
- Does not apply to products without their original packaging, altered, damaged, or without a label.
Refund policy
When returning an item, the refund and how it is credited may vary according to the condition of the item, the length of time the item has been owned and how the item was purchased.
How are refunds processed?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
If you placed a credit card order, we will credit your account within 14 business days. This will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the value of the returned item.
If you placed an order by bank deposit or cash payment, we will be depositing the refunded amount to the account you provide which must match the name on the invoice.
